The best brass musicians from around New Zealand and beyond will compete for prestigious national titles and silverware at this year's National Contest organised by BBANZ from the 19th to 23rd April.
We are looking forward to making the journey down to Wellington to compete in the A-Grade contest and fly the Waitakere flag once again.
We will be providing updates from the contest on our facebook and Instagram pages and will email the database as time allows in between events.

Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 April: Solo and ensemble events, Te Whaea
Wednesday 19 April (pm): Junior Champion of Champions and Invitation Slow Melody, Te Whaea
Thursday 20 April (pm): Champion of Champions, Te Whaea
Friday 21 and Saturday 22 April: Band events (Michael Fowler Centre and The Opera House)
Friday 21 April (lunchtime): Street March, Wellington CBD
Sunday 23 April, 2.00pm: Champion Brass: In Concert, The Opera House
